Frequently Asked Questions - Dynamics User Accounts

What is a named user account? 

A named user account is one that identifies the specific individual, by name, who will be accessing the Dynamics Incident Reporting system. The user account must be associated to an email address that identifies the user by name.

ALR Dynamics (QuickBase Replacement) Project Begins

EOEA has kicked off a project to replace the ALR Incident Reporting system, based on the QuickBase platform, with an enhanced incident reporting system based on Microsoft Dynamics.  The new system will maintain a similar workflow to track reportable incidents, but with functional enhancements to support efficient collection of key incident information.  We expect that it will be easier and more secure to provide follow-up information on certain categories of incidents. 

Regulatory policy regarding reportability of incidents, and reporting timeframes, will be unchanged.
