This job aid shows how to reset your password.
First, at the login screen, click the link "I forgot my password".
Enter your email address, and click [Reset my Password].
QuickBase tells you it just sent you an email.
Within 90 minutes, you must view that email and click the link.
If the email expires, just start again by clicking "I forgot my password".
Click the link.
Answer the security question you set at your first login.
Then choose a new password, and enter it twice. Click [OK].
If you have forgotten the answer to the security questions, click Forgot Your answer? Contact Support. You will create a support ticket with Intuit QuickBase, and will need to provide your name, email address, and phone. This issue cannot be resolved by ELD-CU Support.
Use your new password to login to the ALR application.
