From this screen you will set the the following information for you User Account:
- name associated to your userid,
- email address, and
- the security question & answer that will be used in case of a forgotten password.
You can Manage Profile from the My Apps page, or from within the ALR Incident Reporter. This example shows the process from within ALR Incident Reporter, but they are identical.
Login to QuickBase. On the top-right of the screen, you see your name (i.e. the name associated to your user account). This may display as an email address if you've not yet set your name.
Click the small triangle to the right of your name. A small dialog box opens, with links to [My Preferences & Profile] and [Sign Out].
Click the link for [My preferences & profile]
The page displays. You can elect to hide "New" and "Updated" flags or set the UI Spacing default settings.

Set your name & email address.
Click [Change Password] .
Your password must be entered twice. The display will show green when your password matches QuickBase requirements.
Click [Change Security Question & Answer].
You can lookup the User Account's question, or update the Question & Answer.
The question associated with your account displays here, if it's been previously set. The answer does not display.
To update the Question & Answer, select the question you'll answer.
Enter the answer twice, and your password to confirm.
Click [Save changes].
