Users, UserIDs, User Accounts
For QuickBase ALR Incident Reporting, a USER is someone employed by an ALR who will access Quickbase with a USER ACCOUNT (userid & password) to submit Incident Reports.
Each User Account (UserID) must be associated to a unique email address.
ALR employees may "share" a User Account, but all must have password access to the associated email account.
Each USER ACCOUNT must have a unique, unduplicated email address. All individual Users must have password access to the email address, so a QuickBase password reset may be performed if necessary.
The User Account's email address is used for password resets, and to receive automated emails from QuickBase. Additionally, official Certification Unit emails may be sent to a User's email address.
Personal email addresses (e.g. Gmail) may be used, assuming this matches your ALR's policy.
How many accounts?
We expect that each ALR will have at least two (2) Users. Larger ALRs may request additional User Accounts.
